JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the overall marketing of the following brands: Pupkewitz Motors (in conjunction with the other Brand Managers & Marketing Coordinators), GWM, Haval, Honda, Auto and Nissan. Consistent brand experience is required across all customer touch points including, but not limited to websites, social media, telephone etiquette, physical experience of any visitors to the dealerships, in support of building the brands and stimulating demand for the brands’ products and services

β€’ Establishes marketing strategy and objectives to ensure achievement of market share and profitability of brands.
β€’ Leads Plans and budgets developed by dealerships
β€’Compile monthly and quarterly detailed marketing plans/reports for each brand
β€’Research and implement the most cost-effective marketing.
β€’Measure and evaluate marketing campaigns
β€’Support the brand’s strategic vision through the marketing portfolio
β€’Provide a consistent brand experience across all customer touch points
β€’Digital and online marketing

KEY REQUIREMENTS

β€’Namibian Citizenship
β€’Valid Driver’s License
β€’Fluent in English – 2ndΒ  language will be an advantage
β€’Bachelors' degree in Marketing (NQF 7) or equivalent degree
β€’Design Experience (Adobe Illustrator & InDesign) programs will be an added advantage
β€’Be passionate about great customer service and an organised working environment
β€’Professional communication skills with diverse customer base in a confident pleasant manner
