Key Performance Areas

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining strict cost control in line with budget
  • Ensure effective administration and operational discipline within the department
  • Ensure timely collections of vehicle debtors and collections
  • Promote excellent customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintain strong control of dealership expenses
  • Maintain 5% market share of all new Toyota vehicles sold in the far north
  • Develop staff, maintain discipline, and build a high-performance team culture

 

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong sales and supervisory/management background
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and emotional intelligence
  • Has very strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Is a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
  • Is a true go-getter who thrives on achieving targets
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is disciplined, structured, and able to hold a team accountable
  • Has a passion for customer service
  • Is a Namibian citizen
  • Experience in the motor/retail industry will be an added advantage but is not essential.
