Suitability Criteria:

Namibian Citizen.
Age 25 years+.
Grade 12 (minimum 15 points) with English and business-related subjects e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science.
3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Advising, Client Service, Entrepreneurship, Insurance, Financial Services. Alternatively, completed a Level 4 Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Market Entry Exam passed) with 5 years’ Insurance Intermediary or related Financial Services experience.
MS Office literate and able to conduct presentations.
Fluent in English (local languages will be an advantage).
Tertiary qualification advantage.
Must have no criminal record.
Must have a clean ITC and FIC record.
