Job Summary:

We're looking for a self-driven and customer-focused Outbound and Cruise Sales Agent. As an Outbound Cruise Sales Agent, you'll make outbound calls to existing clients and prospects who have expressed interest in our cruise packages. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/ Grade 11
  • Minimum 1-year Outbound Sales experience necessary.
  • Previous travel industry experience will be advantageous.
  • Experience within a call center environment.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to:
    • Existing clients who have booked cruises with us before.
    • Prospects who have requested quotes or expressed interest in our cruise packages.
  • Provide personalized cruise recommendations and tailored itineraries.
  • Promote and sell cruise packages, upgrades, and add-ons.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up to date on cruise industry trends, new destinations, and ship launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling Skills: Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services. Suggesting upgrades or complementary items that add value. Balancing sales goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Handle Rejection: Stress management, emotional intelligence, multitasking & prioritization, adaptability & agility, resilience & persistence.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing customer objections or concerns effectively, offering creative solutions to meet customer needs & resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
