Role Purpose:

• To keep Agricultural property clear of plant growth and provide unconventional transport services. 

Required Qualifications:

• A Grade 12/ Matric certificate 
• A valid drivers license minimum code 5 (Tractor)

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 3 (three) years experience as a tractor driver 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Ensuring a healthy environment, application and strict adherence of Company’s bio-security 
• Work without supervision
• Willing to work long and flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of refuse at farm sites and domestic houses Transport needed materials between sites
• Slashing grass/spraying chemicals inside and outside sites Collect and dispose of mortalities when needed
• Any general duties assigned to driver by Area Manager
• Transport feed between sites
• Ensuring that tractor and trailer are regularly maintained
• Distribute coal between houses and farms
• Clearing Ash
• Maintaining the coal bunkers, tractor, check sheets, services booking, general maintenance.
