Job Purpose

The Co-ordinator runs the operational loop of the client's Partner Delivery program, from inbound activation request through contract execution to a documented, closed engagement, while holding partners to on-time tracker updates.

Key Responsibilities

Triage inbound activation requests; apply the client's package/partner matching rules.

Facilitate introductions between the sales team and the partner; escalate matching exceptions to the client's program owner.

Manage Enablement Services Initiative exhibits; move engagements through dashboard stages; update purchase orders.

Maintain the single-source-of-truth multi-party tracker; flag stalls at day 3, escalate at day 5.

Hold partners to on-time, detailed tracker updates; own partner Slack communications and deal feedback.

Contribute to the weekly review pack.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or degree in business, operations or a related field advantageous.

Operations or program coordination background with end-to-end process ownership.

Good working knowledge of contracts, procurement, and vendor operations (statements of work, service agreements, purchase orders).

Skills and Competencies

Proven ownership of a high-volume, multi-party tracker.

Clear written communication; comfortable chasing multiple stakeholders for updates.

Daily working use of AI tools for drafting exhibits, memos and status notes.

Detail-oriented with strong document/contract literacy.
