Job Title: Nutun Quality Analyst
Location: Umhlanga / Durban Central (KMD)
Shift Times: Dayshift/Nighshift
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: QA has full accountability of the Quality deliverables within their remit, aspects such as accuracy and submissions of audits, Insights, data analysis and feedback. Daily EODs with trending themes and drivers
Requirements: Minimum 6 months Quality Experience. Energy Experience, Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities: Embedding the Nehaa framework
- Insights: Ability to accurately categorise data and provide analysis
- Buzz Session: Provide daily feedback & Insights: Links into the Operational team, through hosting huddles & sharing the outputs of the data and trends from audit performance
- Send minutes for buzz sessions, calibrations and workshop sessions
- Send a Risk Alert to Operations and update CF tracker
- Innovate feedback for every alert/insight
- Update all relevant trackers (Risk/ Distribution/ Agent list, etc)
- Ensure daily targets are achieved
- Participate and share calibration calls with team manager for external and internal sessions ensuring a positive attitude
- Client and Operations Leadership communication (calibrations)
- Requirement to take calls/emails/chats monthly to ensure alignment and updated with processes
- Ensure that all activities demonstrate the values and culture of Nutun
