Strategic Solutions Manager

Role purpose:

As a Strategic Solutions Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of consulting, AI, data-driven strategy, technology, and customer operations, delivering innovative, actionable solutions that transform client engagement and revenue recovery. This high-impact, consulting-style role works closely with sales, delivery, product, and analytics teams to define client-specific strategies and turn them into scalable, compelling solutions.

Required Qualification:

  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Science, or a related quantitative field.

Required Experience:

  • Experience: 3–7 years in management consulting, strategy, or solution design roles — ideally in a client-facing or transformation-focused capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to synthesize messy inputs into clear, structured solutions.
  • Excellent communicator — able to pitch and present to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Curious, commercially aware, and driven to shape real-world outcome

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales, operations and partnerships to understand client challenges and design tailored CX and collections transformation strategies.
  • Analyze current-state journeys and operational models; define target-state recommendations grounded in data, technology, and process redesign.
  • Build solution collateral — presentations, business cases, transformation roadmaps, etc. — to win new deals and elevate client outcomes.
  • Translate solution designs into scalable packages and pilotable initiatives.
  • Project manage the delivery of all proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure proposals are executable and deliver measurable ROI.
  •  Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders through the solutioning and early-stage transition process.
  • Meet your clients in person (UK and USA) to spend time on the ground to ensure an effective solution build..
