Analyze current-state journeys and operational models; define target-state recommendations grounded in data, technology, and process redesign. Build solution collateral — presentations, business cases, transformation roadmaps, etc. — to win new deals and elevate client outcomes. Translate solution designs into scalable packages and pilotable initiatives. Project manage the delivery of all proposals and solutions. Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure proposals are executable and deliver measurable ROI. Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders through the solutioning and early-stage transition process.
