Our highly engaged environment displays our passion to create a great place for our people to work and it is teamwork that drives our success.Β Β Job Role:Β Assess loan applications while providing real-time support to customers and internal teams.Β Requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate underwriting decisions effectively over the phone and via email.Β Work closely with Processors, Senior Underwriters, and customer service representatives to ensure efficient loan processing.Β Β Key Responsibilities:Β Review and assess loan applications in a high-volume call centre environment.Β Analyze financial documents, credit reports, and loan eligibility criteria.Β Provide real-time guidance to Loan Analysts and Processors on underwriting decisions.Β Communicate underwriting requirements, conditions, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.Β Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM.Β Calling third-party companies on behalf of the customer to request relevant documents.Β Collaborate with internal teams to resolve application issues and improve processing times.Β Β Education and Experience:Β Matric/Matric Equivalent.Β Minimum of 1 year experience in contact center.Β Previous mortgage experience will be advantageous.Β Β Minimum Requirements:Β Proven record as a Client Service Representative.Β Excellent communication skills β verbal and written.Β Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Β Ability to work shifts in KMD.Β Clear Credit and Criminal Record.Β
