You will be working towards targets and deadlines and be required to also offer alternative products and services that may be of benefit to our customers, ensuring adherence to strict compliance guidelines.

You will also be required to work as part of a team to support the delivery of set team targets as well as your own individual targets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification is essential
  • Minimum of 6 months Customer Service experience within a Contact Centre dealing with UK customers is essential
  • Comfortable to work standard office hours 
  • Clear credit and criminal record is essential
  • Basic computer literacy (Outlook and MS Word essential)
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Committed to personal development and future growth
  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service to ensure customer expectations throughout the service journey are met

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring adherence to compliance
  • Complaint handling skills ensuring appropriate solutions are offered
  • Processing customer payments
  • Providing transactional data both recent and historically
  • Processing replacement card requests
  • Updating customer records on request ensuring accounts are updated accurately
  • Processing cash advance requests
  • Activating accounts and adhering to all activation scripting to ensure accounts are opened accurately
  • Closing customer accounts on request
  • Providing interest calculation advice on request
  • Resilient to change

  • Building rapport with customers
  • Achieving set targets
  • Handling disputes
  • Support the archiving process of correspondence
  • Providing correct and accurate advice in relation to accounts which are in a collections state and where necessary adding a promise to pay
  • Processing credit balance refunds on request
  • Setting up Direct Debits
  • Providing technical support for all online enquiries including the re-setting of accounts
