SUMMARY

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparing accurate material take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) while providing expert support to contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners. The role combines technical estimating with sales and customer service functions, helping convert quotations into sales, build strong client relationships, and support procurement, inventory management, and product development to drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering Technology, or a closely related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in working as a Quantity Surveyor
Valid Driver’s License
