Financial Manager - Namibia Windhoek Windhoek

Job Summary:

Pupkewitz Megabuild is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Manager to support the Senior Financial Manager in overseeing financial operations and ensuring sound financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger.
Review reconciliations and identify financial risks.
Assist with annual audits and statutory submissions.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and management accounts.
Monitor budgets and investigate variances.
Oversee creditor reconciliations and supplier payments.
Lead and develop finance staff.
Participate in stock takes and other finance-related projects.

Educational Background and Experience:

Must have Grade 12 with a degree in accounting
Completed Articles
3 years’ experience in a financial management role.
Experience in the retail industry will be advantageous.
Strong financial accounting, analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
Advanced computer literacy.
