Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line support to end-users.
• Log, monitor and resolve service desk calls.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and peripheral equipment.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Perform software installations, updates and patch management.
• Maintain IT asset records and user documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Support the IT team in delivering outstanding customer service.
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 (NSSC).
• An NQF Level 6 qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field will be advantageous, or a valid CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification.
• Minimum 6 months practical experience, internship experience or exposure within an IT support environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Sound understanding of PC hardware and basic networking principles.
• Valid Code B driver's licence.
• Namibian citizenship. Preference will be given to Namibian citizens. What We're Looking For
