The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

Installations and maintenance of plant equipment.
Fault finding, inspection on electrical equipment and electrical panel maintenance.
Scheduled preventative maintenance plant equipment and daily checks.
Attending to breakdowns and working shifts.
Implementing of 20 Keys/ HACCP / Risk Control and apply general housekeeping
MV switching when needed.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum N4 qualification.
N6 Electrical and Wiremans certificate advantageous
PLC and VSDs certificate and experience advantageous
Be in possession of a trade certificate as an Electrician or Millwright.
Have at least 5 years relevant experience as an Artisan.
Be prepared to work shifts, weekends and overtime.
Must be prepared to do standby when needed.
Experience in a FMCG / Poultry Plant will be an added advantage.
Medium voltage switching will be an added advantage.
Be prepared to work shifts including working extra hours, standby and call outs.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
Must have own reliable transport.
Computer literacy.
