Civils Quantity Surveyor - Windhoek Windhoek

The Civils Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, preparing cost estimates and budgets, measuring construction works, assessing subcontractor valuations, administering contracts, and preparing monthly valuations and final accounts to ensure that civil construction projects are completed within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Requirements:

Relevant Quantity Surveyor Degree or Diploma
Minimum 10 Years Experience
Knowledge of Cost Estimation, Budgeting and Contract Administration
Candy Experience will be an advantage
Computer Literate
Fluency in Afrikaans and English
Ability to work Independently and maintain confidentiality
Time Management Skills
