Pupkewitz Group is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer & Analytics Developer to help drive our data and AI transformation journey. This role is responsible for building and managing our modern data platform, integrating enterprise systems, automating workflows, and developing innovative data-driven applications that support decision-making across the Group. The role aligns closely with the Group's evolving data strategy and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations.
• Build ETL/ELT solutions that consolidate data from ERP, CRM, HR and operational systems.
• Support and enhance the Group's Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environment.
• Develop data models, curated datasets and analytics solutions.
• Implement data quality, governance and security controls.
• Develop business applications, APIs and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
• Support AI, automation and advanced analytics initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Software Development or a related role.
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT development and data modelling.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern analytics technologies.
• Valid Driver’s Licence
