Job Summary:

The role acts as the primary support resource for Branch Administrative Supervisors, driving administration excellence, improving process compliance, reducing errors, and enhancing overall branches administrative effectiveness.

Β 

Key Responsibilities:Β 

  • To lead and standardise branch financial administration practices across the business
  • Provide training, coaching, guidance, and fiancial support to branch administrative supervisors
  • Responsible for ensuring the consistent application of Accounts/Finance processes, company policies, procedures, and administrative controls across all branches.
  • Perform/maintain operational reconciliations within the finance department
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as relevant
  • Conduct branch support visits and administration reviews
  • Follow up on non-compliance and improvement actions
  • Assist branches during system rollouts and process changes
  • Provide feedback to management on implementation challenges and opportunities

Β Educational Background and Experience:

  • Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 with Mathematics and or Accounting as a subject (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field
  • 8-10 years’ experience in branch administration, finance administration, retail operations, or a related environment
