Job Summary:

A Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple branches or locations within a designated region. The role ensures that company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives are effectively implemented while driving business growth and maintaining high standards of customer service and employee performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:  Manage all branches within the identified region to maximize business and advance profitability. Monitor all branches with regards to Policy and Procedure implementation. Advise on – and construct ways of increasing business opportunities within set regions, whilst maintaining operational efficiency. Support, coach, and develop branch managers and employees Analyse regional performance data and prepare management reports Implement and monitor strategic initiatives and operational improvements Manage budgets, resources, and cost-control measures within the region Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders Resolve operational, employee, and customer-related issues effectively

 

Educational Background and Experience:

Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 with typing and Accounting as a subject (NSSC-O) with 22 marks. Three years tertiary qualification, preferably B.Comm related. Post Graduate Qualification will be advantageous.
