The Namibia Investment & Finance Academy (NIFA) is rapidly scaling as a national engine for skills acceleration, MSME empowerment, financial education, and youth development. We work with ecosystem partners, regional leadership, financial institutions, and development partnersβ€”to deliver high-impact programs across all 14 regions.

We are seeking mission-driven, disciplined, and people-centered professionals who love teaching, love training, and love working with SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full implementation of all NIFA programs: MSME training, youth development initiatives, donor-funded projects, and regional activations.
  • Create operational structure, systems, and discipline across the organisation.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly program calendars.
  • Supervise Program Coordinators, Interns, facilitators, and support teams.
  • Manage end-to-end fulfilment including logistics, quality control, and delivery standards.
  • Build and manage NIFA’s Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system and impact dashboard.
  • Collect, consolidate, analyse, and report data for all partners
  • Draft high-level reports, briefs, proposals, and communication for leadership.
  • Represent NIFA professionally in partner meetings, presentations, and events.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  • Minimum undergraduate qualification in economics, accounting, finance or project management
  • Demonstrated experience (5–7 years) in program management, project leadership, or development-sector implementation.
  • Exceptionally well-organised, structured, and reliable.
  • Strong communicator (written + verbal).
  • Loves training, capacity building, and working with SMEs.
  • Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven.
  • Low ego, high integrity, and proactive leadership style.
  • Strong data literacy and comfort with dashboards, reporting tools, and M&E framework
