SUMMARY

The Store Manager is the senior leader responsible for the overall performance and success of the store, including sales growth, profitability, customer service, team leadership, and operational standards. The role requires a commercially driven, hands-on leader who can balance strategy with daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and Namibian regulations. Success is measured by achieving key targets such as sales, gross profit, stock control, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 / NSSCO and a tertiary qualification in Business/Retail

  • Minimum 3-5 years retail experience (3+ years in management)

  • At least 3 years experience in hardware/building materials retail is highly preferred

  • Proven track record in sales growth and team management

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Sage, Pastel, Kerridge/IQ, or similar )
