Role Purpose
Driving exceptional achievement of regional sales and service targets to maximise profitability by managing sales activity levels in line with the Distribution Tied/Retail Strategy.
Role Responsibilities
As a strategic leader, you will:Β
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with clients, Sales Managers, worksites, and other key stakeholders to enhance business growth and brand presence.Β
- Lead business development efforts, focusing on recruiting and retaining high-performing Sales Managers and empowering them to manage their portfolios effectively.Β
- Organize and facilitate Sales Manager forums to encourage open dialogue, share feedback, and foster innovation.Β
- Manage departmental expenses within approved budgets to ensure financial discipline.Β
- Oversee annual income and expense budgets, monitor key performance metrics, evaluate expenditures, and implement effective cost-control strategies.Β
- Assess BLILβs market position and competitive landscape, continuously evolving the companyβs value proposition to align with strategic objectives.Β
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring product and service alignment with BLILβs mission while driving customer and client satisfaction.Β

Qualifications & ExperienceΒ
To be considered, applicants must have:Β
- A Degree in Business Management or a related field.Β
- An Associate designation in insurance.Β
- A minimum of 8 yearsβ managerial experience within the financial services industry.Β
- A valid Long-Term Certificate of Proficiency (COP).Β
