You will oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes, ensuring they are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with organisational strategy. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies across all product categories.
  • Execute and manage supplier relationships, including commercial negotiations and performance.
  • Oversee stock management and ensure efficient inventory control across the business.
  • Support sales management through procurement planning, budgeting, and market analysis to drive profitability.
  • Compliance & Risk Management Support and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assist with Forecasting & Cashflow Management Lead, mentor, and supervise Product Managers to ensure strong category management performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant Degree in Procurement Management / Supply Chain Management, Commerce or related field
  • 7-10 years’ experience in procurement, retail, automotive industrial supply or FMCG
  • Minimum 3-5 years’experience in leadership role Strong understanding of ERP systems and data analytics tools
  • Previous experience of stock replenishment and distribution applications

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills Experience in supplier performance analytics
  • Forex impact analysis Proficient in Sage X3
  • Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Will have to travel for branch visist across the country
