Role Purpose:

The Online Sales Administrator at FRÜT SA (Pty) Ltd is responsible for managing and optimizing sales operations to enhance online customer experience and drive revenue growth. This role ensures the accurate processing of online orders, maintains stock levels, coordinates deliveries, and provides excellent customer service. 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric certificate / Grade 12.
  • Previous online and/or sales administration experience is a must.
  • SageX3 experience would be considered an advantage.
  • Microsoft Suite experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking online orders by ensuring stock leaving stores via online store is correctly invoiced and accurately packed.
  • Communicate expected delivery dates and follow up with customers to ensure content delivery.
  • Expand and grow online sales.
  • Manage the day-to-day online operations. 
  • Assist with delivery route planning for Online and Drop shipments.
  • Check and manage adequate stock levels for online and consignment stores.
  • Process returns accordingly with credits and refunds and the gateways or through coupons.   
  • Assist with stock take for online stock and consignment stock.
  • Process and track online orders from back end to automatic sales order to invoice.
  • Ensure all orders are packed timeously.
  • Ensure paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
  • Assist with Factory Shop and Online orders.
  • Manage the hello@frut and online orders email boxes.
  • Follow up immediately on customer queries and complaints, resolve through excellent customer service.
  • Manage sample procedures including recording, issuing, organization stock and arranging delivery.
  • Develop positive working relationships with support in divisions and operations team to ensure proper operational support.
  • The sales contact point needs to be occupied at all times during normal business hours.
  • Present company in a professional, pleasant, constructive manner.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
