1. Main Function of the Role

To oversee and manage the performance and operations of multiple stores within an assigned area, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, compliance, and achievement of business targets.

2. Key Performance Areas

Drive sales, profitability and operational performance across the assigned area.
Monitor and improve store performance against business targets.
Lead, coach and develop store management teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, health and safety requirements.
Monitor staffing, costs, stock and other operational resources.
Analyse performance reports and implement corrective actions where required.

3. Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
Relevant management or business qualification will be an advantage.

Experience

Previous management experience in a multi-site retail, restaurant or operational environment.
Experience managing teams and achieving business targets.

4. Skills and Attributes

Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Commercial and financial awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and organisational ability.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations.
