Job Summary:

A General Worker performs a variety of basic tasks to support the daily operations of the workplace. General Workers help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment by performing tasks such as loading and unloading goods, moving materials, maintaining equipment, and carrying out minor repairs. The position requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure smooth operations within the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:  Responsible for loading and off-loading of delivery trucks and vehicles in the yard Assist customers with locating, picking and loading of products in a professional manner with emphasis on Customer Satisfaction through Service Excellence Pack all offloaded products in allocated areas Ensure stock is safely packed to avoid any damages or accidents Keep the work environment clean and organize storage and loading areas Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations

 Educational Background and Experience:

 

Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position and/or industry. Must be a fluent communicator in English. Product knowledge. Knowledge on receiving practices
