You will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple HR Clients, and Projects across various industries. 

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Advantage: Honours degree

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience 
• 5 to 6 years of solid HR experience as an HR Generalist / HR Consultant
• Experience in managing an electronic HRIS (HR Information System) will be an advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of:
  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Act 75 of 1997 
  • Labour Relations Act, Act 66 of 1995
  • Employment Equity Act
  • Skills Development Act 
  • Skill Levy Act
• Skilled on VIP payroll system will be an advantage
• This is a consulting role, and you will be servicing multiple clients. Your ability to meet client deliverables and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment will contribute to your ultimate success.

Responsibilities: 

• Managing and overseeing multiple HR Clients, and Projects across various industries.
• Take responsibility for all statutory reporting requirements and serve as an advisor to the client, highlighting potential risks of non-compliance.
• Implement, and support the business in HR interventions, such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development
• Perform daily HR operational duties, such drafting contracts, facilitating onboarding and supporting the employee life cycle.
• Provide sound and credible advice on all HR-related matters to clients.
• Successfully manage a portfolio of HR clients with a total HR solution.
• Be committed to client retention, by servicing all clients effectively.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• An understanding of the HR Consulting space high advantageous.

Salary: works on a CTC basis
