Role Purpose: To provide support to the Team Leader Siding to efficiently assist with all siding activities and operational processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Grade 12

Required Experience:

•    0 to 6 months experience in a similar high paced environment

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Communication Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Time Management to ensure raw material offloading schedules and housekeeping are completed on time
• Problem Solving

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Support Team Leader Siding by following work instructions and procedures
• Assist with siding tasks and stock take duties
• Ensure quality control occurs against required standards
• Ensure all documentation is properly completed and stored
• Adherence to company policies, ISO standards, and legislative requirements
• Ensure adherence to health &safety, as well as environmental requirements.
