Support our branches by maintaining price integrity, managing master data, coordinating imports, and liaising across departments. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the full import process from shipment notification through to receipt of goods.
  • Liaise with branch teams to gather market pricing intelligence and competitor pricing information.
  • Maintain accurate item master data (costs, prices, UOM, descriptions, weights, suppliers, tariff codes, bar codes).
  • Conduct periodic reviews to identify outdated or inconsistent master data fields.
  • Ensure compliance and prepare reports.
  • Ensure imported stock is GRV’d promptly Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for imports, pricing updates, and system changes.
  • Execute and control activities for goods receiving and system processing.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Account, or related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience required within an import, logistics, costing or price control role.
  • Experience working with clearing agents, shipping lines or freight forwarders.
  • Familiarity with customs requirements, tariff codes and landed-cost calculations.
  • Experience with retail pricing processes is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in SAGE X3 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency with Excel to create spreadsheets, graphs and charts.
