The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

β’ Planning, organising and controlling all Egg Room activities to achieve productionΒ standards
β’ Managing staff related matters.
β’ Maintaining product quality, hygiene and biosecurity standards.
β’ Overseeing receiving, grading, accurate stock control and dispatch of eggs.
β’ Assisting management with implementation of the 20 keys programme.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

β’ Minimum of a grade 12 qualification
β’ Minimum of 3 years Egg Room/Hatchery experience.
β’ Strong numerical skillsΒ for accurate stock countingΒ and reconciliation.
β’ Pro-active and be able to work accurately and independently.
β’ Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends.
β’ Will be required to live on site.
