Job Summary:

Join our MegaBuild Luderitz Branch as a Buying Clerk, where you'll coordinate branch stock replenishment, manage supplier relationships, and drive customer service efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:   Oversee and coordinate stock replenishment for multiple branches Manage supplier relationships and negotiate for best pricing and delivery Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, and ensure availability of core products Follow up on overdue/outstanding Purchase Orders. Arrange transport for respective branches stock orders. Perform sales and merchandising when required. Educational Background and Experience:

Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks. 3 years’ experience in procurement or buying in the building and construction retail industry Strong knowledge of product and supplier networks, Kerridge system, and stock planning Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
