Main Function of the Role

As a Floor Sales Representative, you will assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, handle transactions, and participate in sales promotions. Your role will involve calling on Windhoek customers daily.

 

Key Performance Areas

• Greet and assist customers.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Achieve sales targets and generate leads.
• Present products to clients and close sales.
• Assist with promotional activities and stock management.

 

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 with at least three years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in sales software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Code B Namibian valid driver’s license.

• Good listening and communication skills.
• Computer literate and flexible team player.
• Persuasive and professional.
• Experience in Packaging material and FMCG food consumables would be an advantage.
