The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

  • Receiving, verifying and filing Proof of Delivery documents;
  • Compile and Complete claims;
  • Liaising with other departments and companies;
  • General Admin duties;
  • Compiling and submitting reports and presentations;
  • Implement and maintain 20 keys.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Matric;
  • The person must be computer-literate;
  • Microsoft Office experience with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Access;
  • Experience in a high throughput environment;
  • The candidate should be hardworking, honest self-motivated and willing to work overtime when necessary;
  • Must be able to work independently and cope well under pressure;
  • Should maintain neat and structured workflow and work environment;
  • Must have a passion to use and implement 20 Keys.
