The main duties include but are not limited to:
•Optimize the Orange Money performance reporting process through in-depth business performance analysis and provide performance insights and recommendations to improve performance metrics.
•Coordinate pricing and business case validation of Orange money for new and existing products and services.
•Contribute to and manage the Orange Money annual budget, marketing plan, strategy and the operational plan.
•Support the growth of Orange Money by identifying revenue leakages and Implement sound cost cutting initiatives to improve profitability.
•Continuously monitor the performance of Orange Money products and propose relevant marketing campaigns and promotions to boost business performance.
•Build a performance focused culture by working with the product team throughout the product lifecycle to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set for all products.
•Monitor industry trends locally and globally in respect of competition, vendors, customers, regulation, product tariffs to inform development of appropriate product concepts.
•Work with the Business Intelligence team to automate and continuously improve Orange Money KPI reporting and dashboard.

Qualifications and experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or any Business related field.
•4-6 years of experience in a business performance management discipline.
•Experience within banking or mobile financial services will be an added advantage.
