Role Profile

We are seeking a strategic, dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Human Resources to provide leadership and direction across the full HR value chain. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a high performance culture, driving organizational effectiveness and supporting the business through strong people-centric practices.

Key Responsibilities include:

β€’ Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to organizational objectives

β€’ Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development and compensation and benefits

β€’ Provide guidance to executive management on workforce planning, organizational design and change management

β€’ Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and HR best practices

β€’ Drive transformation, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs

β€’ Lead and develop the HR team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR services β€’ Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform business decisions

Minimum Requirements:

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field

β€’ A post graduation qualification will be an added advantage

β€’ A Namibian citizen with a valid driver’s license

β€’ Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant HR experience, of which 5 years must be at senior management level

β€’ Strong knowledge of Namiban Labour laws and HR best practices

β€’ Proven experience in strategic HR leadership skills

β€’ Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all level
