• Oversee the design and implementation of data models to support BI platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration.
• Data quality and governance - Establish data quality standards and ensure data governance practices are adhered to across the organisation.
• Create and manage forms for data collection and business processes.
• Strategic decision support - To offer data-driven recommendations to management to ensure informed business decisions are made.
• Establishing consistent and uniform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) practices across the organisation.
• Innovation - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, recommending innovative solutions.
• Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database languages (e.g., SQL and Oracle).
• ETL Development and Data Integration skills.
• Proven experience (10 years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
