The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

β’ Preparing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
β’ The preparation of accurate balance sheet reconciliations;
β’ Resolving reconciling differences within the required timeframes;
β’ Analysing general ledger accounts for reasonability testing;
β’ Accurately processing relevant month end journal entries on time;
β’ Preparing and processing monthly accruals;
β’ Updating and regularly reviewing standard operating procedures for multiple areas within the business, ensuring all
Β Β procedures has updated information;
β’ Identify, close and or finalise open orders along with department managers;
β’ Monthly stock verifications and stationary stock management;
β’ Monthly internal control testing and providing support during all audits;
β’ Filling, sending remittances, capture creditors transactions, supplier invoices and various other administrative tasks.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
Β
β’ Matric (Grade 12) essential;
β’ Relevant tertiary qualification and or previous work experience will be advantageous;
β’ Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
β’ Work effectively in a team environment with excellent communication skills;
β’ FMCG background will be a beneficial;
β’ A high level of personal and professional integrity;
β’ Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
