Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial administration including invoices, reconciliations, petty cash, supplier payments, and travel claims.
- Oversee procurement processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with donor and government reporting requirements
- Support budgeting, financial tracking, and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain organised filing systems, HR records, and office operations.
- Prepare and compile documentation for contracts, proposals, and program fulfilment.

- Demonstrated experience in tender document compilation, tender submissions, and project execution is a strong advantage

Qualifications and Personal attributes
- Minimum undergraduate qualification in economics, accounting, finance or project management
- Demonstrated experience in finance admin, office management,Β or bookkeeping.
- Extremely organised, dependable, and ethically grounded.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with documentation-heavy environments.
- Calm, consistent, and disciplined in managing internal processes.
- Able to maintain professional order and confidentiality.
