Role Responsibilities

  • Plan, set-up, and manage Project Administration as part of the project controls system.
  • Implements knowledge management principles through application of tools and methodologies to continuously improve and sustain business performance.
  • The integration of Project Administration with document control, e.g. document repository, archiving and configuration management.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all key stakeholders and partners to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • The provision of logistical and administrative support to the project team.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Project Administration standards and procedures, and advise the Projects Manager about necessary changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or equivalent.

Experience

  • A minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in Project Management preferably in a financial institution.
  • Comprehensive and intuitive knowledge and understanding of development bank products, strategic project management and relevant economic trends and forecasts.
