Senior Stock Controller Windhoek

Main Function of the Role

Manage and control stock-related functions, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient ordering and receiving, minimal shrinkage, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Performance Areas

Stock Management and Control: Merchandising, stock counts, variance investigations, stock ordering and dispatching.
Branch Operations: Support smooth and uninterrupted branch operations.
Supplier Management: Manage and build supplier relationships.
Sales and Customer Service: Handle customer queries and support customer service.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company procedures and Health and Safety standards.
Personnel Management: Manage personnel effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management.
3–5 years’ experience in the retail industry, preferably within the Agricultural Industry.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
Valid driver’s licence.
Namibian citizenship.

Skills and Attributes

Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to function well under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Reliable and accurate.
Ability to work independently.
