Purpose of the role: The Chicken Business is currently recruiting for 1 x Artisan Assistant in the Engineering Electrical team to be based at the Chicken Processing Plant in Worcester (Western Cape). Required Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in an electrical maintenance environment. Practical 1 or 2 (electrical) Required Knowledge and Skills: Good working knowledge of machinery. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work shifts/overtime/standby as per operational requirements. Punctuality and Attendance reliability. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all electrical related machinery. Fault finding on machines. Ensure work environment is always in a clean and neat condition. Adhering to health and safety regulations.
