Freezer Operator Standerton

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

Safe and proper operating of spiral and tunnel freezers;
Assist artisans and controllers with basic freezer maintenance;
Perform start up checks to ensure freezers are operational;
Defrosting and de- icing of freezers;
Completion of check sheets;
Reporting of all freezer maintenance issues;
General housekeeping of freezer and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Matric preferable;
Relevant technical working experience with freezers;
Be self-motivated and self-disciplined;
Have sober habits;
Must adhere to all relevant regulations as applicable to the industry;
Experience in the Food Processing Industry would be an added advantage;
Must be prepared to work overtime, shifts, weekends and public holidays.
