We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join our Property Division.

This role provides critical administrative and operational support across property management, project coordination, lease administration, maintenance planning and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation and Capex tracking.
  • Prepare purchase orders, payment requisitions, and supplier documentation.
  • Assist with project meetings, minute taking and document management.
  • Maintain property databases, asset registers and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and service providers.
  • Support lease administration, renewals and tenant information management.
  • Assist with recoveries, rent roll preparation and debtor liaison.
  • Prepare reports for Property Managers.
  • Manage statutory property documentation, including title deeds, leases, building plans and compliance records.
  • Assist with property marketing by preparing brochures and advertising vacant properties.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Property Division.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Police Clearance
  • Minimum of 6 years' hands-on administrative experience within a Property Department.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of lease agreements and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid Code B driver's licence.
