Purpose

To provide frontline service to the business by receiving guests and answering telephone calls in a professional manner.To provide administrative support to Mill Management.

Required Qualifications:

Grade 12


Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years Administration and Reception experience
  • Manage Time and Attendance 
  • Intermediate Excel experience and PowerPoint presentation
  • Numeric reasoning

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • ​Taking minutes 
  • Data capturing 
  • Preparing meetings/Training Venues
  • Receiving and arranging courier for parcels to be collected and received.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to keep confidentiality
