1. Fiduciary Administrator 
 
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Fiduciary Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support in the fiduciary services offering which includes, provision of wills drafting, estates administration and trust drafting and administration. 
 
Key Performance Areas
• Facilitates the drafting, signing, scanning and saving and updating of wills on the Wills database/system in alignment and fulfilment of legislative requirements.
• Facilitates creation and completion of estate account reconciliations and processing of payment requests.
• Provides periodic reports with respect to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedules trust meetings in the trust administration process and ensure regulatory adherence to all trust administration requirements in terms of the relevant legislation.
• Assists in the refinement of fiduciary internal procedures and policies.
• Develops compliance and risk processes and procedures and ensures adherence therewith.
• Ensures that all fiduciary transactions comply with governing legislation to preclude reputational and other risks and with the internal fiduciary service model. 
• Keep abreast of current trends and changes in the laws affecting wills, estates and trusts and the fiduciary industry, locally and to some extent internationally
• Assists in the planning and delivery of training sessions for sales representatives and other client-facing people on fiduciary services offering, processes and legislative requirements.
• Ensures that clients queries are resolved, and instructions actioned.
• Assist to drive the penetration of the fiduciary services offering in Botswana Life and come up with innovative campaigns to execute same.
 
Knowledge & Skills 
• General knowledge of fiduciary services operations and administration 
• General knowledge of life cover sales operations, processes 
• Customer-orientated attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
 
Experience
• At least 2-3 years in Fiduciary Services environment or administration environment in financial services. 
• Experience in business development will also be beneficial.
 
Qualification
• Degree in Business Management/Marketing or other Business related qualification
• COP will be an added advantage
