About the Role

SanlamAllianz is seeking a driven Affluent Financial Advisor to grow our presence in key regions. This role suits a commercially minded professional who enjoys acquiring new affluent clients, building strong relationships, and actively driving new business. You will work within a supportive advisory team while taking ownership of pipeline growth and results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new affluent clients
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business
  • Provide holistic financial advice across risk, investment, and wealth solutions
  • Develop trusted, long‑term client relationships
  • Own personal production targets and drive measurable results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives

 

Experience & Profile

  • Aged 25 years or older
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in financial advisory, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of new client acquisition
  • Relevant industry and regulatory qualifications
  • Strong hunter mindset with a result‑driven approach
  • Confident communicator, self‑motivated, disciplined, and resilient
