Business Administrator Learnership - Specialisation in HR  Johannesburg

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for dynamic and client orientated HR Interns and Junior HR Administrators who would like to gain exposure within the HR environment.
A Learnership is a structured programme that combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, leading to a qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).


The purpose of this learnership is to equip learners with a solid foundation in business administration principles and practices. Learners will develop the skills needed to function effectively as part of an administrative team, provide professional support to managers and colleagues and contribute to the successful planning, execution and coordination of business operations.


This learnership also offers an opportunity to specialise in Human Resources, providing exposure to HR processes and administrative functions within a professional environment.
The duration of the Learnership is twelve months.

STIPEND: R5 500.00 per month

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4
  • Advantageous: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

EXPERIENCE

  • Any relevant practical experience will be advantageous.
  • HR Administration experience within anΒ HRΒ Department will be advantageous.
  • Business Administrator experience within an HR Department will be advantageous.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Basic working knowledge ofΒ Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written communication).
  • Telephone Etiquette.
  • Email Etiquette.
  • Interest in the field of Human Resources (HR) and/or Industrial Psychology.
