Position Overview

The Asset Management Analyst will support the Asset Management Team through market research, feasibility studies, monthly asset performance reporting, and tracking key property KPIs and industry metrics. The role focuses on financial analysis, property performance monitoring, and portfolio optimization for a diversified property portfolio. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Windhoek and contribute to investment decisions and long-term value creation.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Preparation of feasibility studies
  • Research and documenting of property trends and movements on a micro-as well as a macro level
  • Monthly reporting to the committees on asset performance
  • Assisting the Asset Managers with the preparation of annual budgets
  • Oversee due diligence exercises
  • Track and analyse property and portfolio performance.
  • Develop financial models for investments, developments, and disposals.
  • Provide insights to support leasing, operational, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking across Namibia’s real estate sector.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce
  • A CFA or registration as a Chartered Surveyor will be a distinct advantage
  • 2-4 years’ Experience in a property fund or a similar role
  • Well versed in research and research methods
  • Able to work independently
  • Good understanding of the Commercial Property market
  • Focused with strong analytical and Mathematical Skills and a good eye for detail
  • Strong in financial modeling, reporting and presentation
  • Effective communication skills
