To effectively manage the overall branch to achieve objectives including budget and targets for new & used vehicles sales and profits generated, while maintaining customer centricity through the principle of customer satisfaction through service excellence.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
β’Develop and execute a business plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for new & used sales department.
β’Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectivesΒ and submitting time projections to management for approval.
β’Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of salesΒ department.
β’Assist in developing marketing plans.
β’Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
β’Providing dealership management with weekly reports on the financial health of the dealership.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
β’Namibian Citizenship
β’Valid Vehicle & Bike Drivers License
β’Fluent in English β 2rd language will be an advantage
β’At least 3-5 yearsβ experience as a manager preferably in Motor/Retail industry, but not aΒ prerequisite
β’A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
β’Must have a flair for sales and customer service
β’Must have βhands-onβ approach to achieve results
β’Sound communication and interpersonal skills
β’Good administrative and management skills
β’Team player with outstanding leadership skills
