Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for developing people and delivering outstanding results?

SanlamAllianz Namibia is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Advisors in Walvis Bay.

What You’ll Do?

Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious targets.
Recruit, onboard, and develop Financial Advisors.
Coach and mentor Advisors to improve productivity and sales success.
Manage performance, reporting, and sales pipelines.
Ensure high quality, compliant business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For?

Namibian Citizen.
Grade 12 (tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or a related field will be an added advantage).
Minimum 3 years’ Sales Management experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
Strong leadership, coaching, and recruitment skills.
Fluent in English (additional local languages advantageous).
Results-driven with a passion for people development.
Proven ability to build, lead, and retain successful sales teams.
