1. MAIN FUNCTION OF THE ROLE
The incumbent will be responsible for controlling all administrative functions, which mainly include processing goods received and finalizing direct orders and their relevant administration.

2. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
β€’ Finalizing the receiving part of the supplier’s delivery note
β€’ Invoicing of direct orders
β€’ Processing of all suppliers’ claims for faulty/damaged stock received
β€’ Processing/handling of credit of suppliers versus claims submitted by suppliers
β€’ Control and/or finalizing of daily banking
β€’ Control and/or finalizing of the petty cash
β€’ Control over reports in order to balance nominal accounts
β€’ Control and correction of stock take statistics
β€’ Filing of all finalized (grouped) invoices
β€’ Ensure that all offices and pay points of Agrimark are neat and tidy at all times

3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
β€’ A valid Grade 12 (with at least 23 points)
β€’ 2-3 years’ experience in Retail
